Cancellations and rescheduling: We respectfully require 48 hours notice for cancellations or changes to the service. Should an appointment be cancelled or rescheduled without a 48 hour notice, you will be charged 50% of the booked service before a new appointment is booked. Online booking access will be suspended if unpaid.

Refunds: We do not offer refunds under any circumstance. We strive to provide the highest level of service, should you wish to have an adjustment please contact within five days of the original service. Clothing can be returned up to 30 days of original purchase date for store credit. Swimwear and sale items are final sale.

Lateness: We have a 10 min tardiness policy. Should you arrive more then 10 mins late, you may forfeit your appointment completely, and a cancellation fee will apply.

Extension Retainer: All extensions retainers made upon booking all initial installation appointments are 100% non refundable.

Wedding party retainer: All wedding party retainers made upon booking appointment are 100% non refundable.

Silk touch keratin treatment retainer: All silk touch keratin treatment retainers made upon booking appointment are 100% non refundable.
